There is a Social Networking planned for Friday April 29th. Cafe Adobe upstairs bar at I-10 and Silber 5:30 – ?. (Plentiful parking and easy to get to for most of us…and great margaritas!)

We’ve come up with a tentative schedule for February – May. We are brainstorming for an ideal place to have an after-hour social later in February. Ideas are welcome!
The Holiday dinner was a success! We had some very creative gifts. Mugs with maps, t-shirts, earth calendars and some interesting GIS cookies (Gingerbread Information System). We have such a great group of women here in Houston!
Thanks to donations from all of you, we were able to give $180 to Goodfellows Charity fund. SWIGGIS-Houston is the contributor. The Goodfellows article is featured daily during December and always highlights a local family in need during the holidays and includes recent contributors.
